"Really solid table, pleasantly surprised"
I ordered a board table online and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it actually feels really sturdy in person. The finish looks clean, the edges don’t feel cheap, and there’s no wobbling or anything that makes it seem poorly made. Overall, I’m glad I went for it, it just feels like a quality piece and I’m genuinely happy having it in the room.

"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured the exchange might take a week or two and be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. I messaged them and they got back to me quickly, maybe within a day or so, and helped sort it out without any fuss. The new one showed up fine, and overall it was way easier than I expected.

I know some people are quick to complain about warranty stuff, but my experience was solid. I had a defect issue, reached out to the warranty team, and they got it sorted without making it a huge hassle. I’m happy with how they handled it, and I don’t really have anything bad to say about the process

"Not Enough Payment Options for Me"
I was planning to order from boardroomshop.com, but the payment options were limited. I usually like having PayPal or some kind of pay-later option, especially when I’m trying to be careful with my budget and not put everything straight on my card. The site itself seemed okay, but checkout felt a bit frustrating because there just wasn’t much flexibility. Maybe card payment works fine for others, but I prefer having more choices before spending my money online. I didn’t feel totally comfortable going through with it, so it’s 2 stars from me

The prices were fair, and the boardroom table ended up looking better than I expected for what we paid. The delivery did take longer than I would’ve liked, though, and I had to spend more time following up than I really wanted to. A bit of a hassle, but overall the value was still good.

I ordered from boardroomshop and overall had a really good experience. The box did have a small dent on one corner, but everything inside was completely fine. The items were wrapped well, arrived clean, and nothing looked damaged. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but compared to a lot of other places I’ve ordered from, they did a solid job

I reached out to ask about gear sizing, my gut says they do know what they’re talking about. The advice was helpful and seemed on point. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, though, and the updates were kind of slow, which was a bit frustrating. The product showed up fine in the end, so no real complaints there. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t totally wow me either.

I had to send back a boardroom chair because it just didn’t work for our office. I’ll be honest, I was a bit suspicious at first and expected the usual hassle, but the return form was simple, the label showed up quickly, and the refund hit a few days later. The website was easy to get around, and checkout was simple enough. But a few pages loaded way too slowly, which is on them to fix. It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to buy something and their site makes you wait for no reason. Overall it worked, but that slowdown definitely annoyed me
